What Shipping Methods Are Available?

The Shop is linked with UPS.  However, we love talking to customers and if you prefer a different shipping method, just call us and we’ll handle it all over the phone.  No sweat!

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

That depends on the item(s) you need shipped.  Some are classified as ‘hazardous’ by UPS and have to go ground, whereas most of the tooling can be shipped next day if you desire. 

Sometimes my daughters will add homemade items to your shipment but we won’t allow them to hold it up.  

Do You Ship Internationally?

No, but if you’re from a warm climate and you order during the winter months, I bet I can persuade my family to accompany me as I make an in-person delivery.  My wife has repeatedly told me how much she’d love to tour a countertop fabrication plant in Fiji…

Why are your prices lower than major online retailers?

Because we have a successful memorial business and don’t use these supplies as our only source of income.  This is a natural extension of our existing business and we hope it helps you out.  We know what it’s like to run a small business!

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Any major credit card or PayPal.  We even take giant rolls of $100’s like you see above if you can get them to us; we’re not picky.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

We’ve done everything possible to make it so but we know we’re not merely as smart or as desperate as online thieves.  If it bothers you to enter personal information online, just give us a ring and we’ll be happy to process your order over the phone.

How do I place an Order?

Pick your items, put them in the cart, enter a bunch of text and some numbers on the checkout page and – whammo! – you’re an online shopper!

You can also call us and order over the phone and – boom! – you’re an over-the-phone shopper!

You can even stop in and buy in person and – kaboom! – you’re just a shopper!

Do I need an account to place an order?

Only if you want to do it online.  Call us and you can place the order with a real person!

Who should I to contact if I have any queries?

You can call and talk to Cindy or Drew or Kara.  We’d all be happy to help.  No robots, no pre-recorded messages, no fake woman who can ‘understand complete sentences’ (except when you say, “I want to talk to a real person”) and then ‘types’ your question while ‘she’ accesses a database of responses.  You have three totally average people willing to help you.  Nice, isn’t it?

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Online works but we love phone calls too.  We’ll get it done for you one way or another.

How Do I Track My Order?

Very carefully.  A UPS package in the wild was recently sighted feasting on a baby giraffe after a grueling 4 mile chase.  It’s the talons that do the most damage as the average UPS parcel has a grip force of 721 psi.

If you simply want to see where your shipment is on its journey from us to you, simply log into your account and follow it there.  Or just call us and we’ll let you know.

How Can I Return a Product?

If you haven’t used it or opened it, just find a box and send it back.  If it came with little gifts from my daughters, you can keep those.  They’d feel bad if you sent them back.
